Playground Buddies are children who help other children in the playground who might have been bullied, or are feeling left out of games or activities.

We provide training for children to give them skills for the job.

The scheme helps to resolve low level disputes which if left could lead to more serious incidents or persistent bullying. We have delivered buddy training in over 34 primary schools across Brighton and Hove and at the moment schools can access free buddy training from us.

Peaceful Problem Solvers

We can also provide a four week Peaceful Problem Solvers or Peer Mediation programme to Primary aged children. This training provides an introduction to basic mediation skills using the Safety Net VITAL model of problem solving which compliments the Peaceful Problem Solving materials used in SEAL.
