A partnership project ‘Families Together’ between Safety Net, Sussex Central YMCA, East Brighton Schools, and families in the east Brighton area has secured 3 year lottery funding. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Participation/Group worker who will work with groups of parents, families and young people to develop user involvement and volunteering opportunities in the delivery of project outcomes across the project.

Applicants will have at least 3 years relevant experience, a professionally recognised qualification relevant to work is desirable. If you would like to discuss please contact Caroline Gorton on 01273 419725

Vacancy – Training and Marketing Administrator (1 yr maternity cover)

Safety Net are looking for an experienced, well organised and super efficient training and marketing administrator. You will be based in our Portslade offices in a medium sized charity that works across Sussex delivering training and development in schools and in local communities. Safety Net’s vision is to create communities across Brighton, Hove and Sussex that work together to keep children safe. Our training administrator will support a small team to deliver a programme of training to support Safety Nets work.

The post is for up to 1 year, and is for 2.5 – 3 days per week. Salary Scale £17,161 – 19,126 (pro-rata)
