Safety Net Training

We provide training services to children and young people, parents and families and to the children and young people's workforce, in the voluntary, community and statutory sectors. Our training programmes are focussed on:

• Child Safety and Protection (Safeguarding)
• Protective Behaviours
• Skills Development

We offer general courses and can also provide bespoke training to be held within your organisation. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Safety Net has many years' experience in running and developing training courses and we are currently contracted to deliver child protection training to childcare workers through the CEYC (City Early Years Childcare) and to East Sussex Schools via the East Sussex Safeguarding Officer.

Safety Net has expanded its training in line with government initiatives, most importantly the "Every Child Matters" agenda and subsequently the "Children's Workforce Development" agenda. We now employ a dedicated team of staff to meet increasing demands.
