Help children focus on their strengths

This is the time of year when lots of children are feeling anxious and stressed about SATS and other exams as well as the changes coming up for children going up to secondary school. Helping children to focus on their strengths can be a very positive way to build resilience. Our strength cards, developed from local children’s work with us is a great way to help them to do that. Safety Rocks Spring newsletter out soon

Our Safety Rocks newsletter for parents will be coming out after half-term, with information and tips about online safety and how to support children’s emotional well-being and help them deal with anxiety. Safer Internet Day 2019 “Together for a Better Internet”

This year’s Safer Internet Day (SID) celebrations will take place on Tuesday, 5 February 2019. The campaign is organised by the Safer Internet Centre and this year’s slogan, “Together for a better internet“, is a call to action for all of us to join together and play our part in creating a better internet for everyone, and especially for younger users.
