We asked 600 children aged 9 – 10 “what worries you the most”? They told us that the environment was at the top of their worry list, with an overwhelming 51% saying that they worried about this more than school issues (27%) or things at home (16%) or problems in their neighbourhood (6%). Help children focus on their strengths

This is the time of year when lots of children are feeling anxious and stressed about SATS and other exams as well as the changes coming up for children going up to secondary school. Helping children to focus on their strengths can be a very positive way to build resilience. Our strength cards, developed from local children’s work with us is a great way to help them to do that.
