We have produced packs of 36 strength cards for anyone who works with children or young people.  The cards, each designed by children all have a different images and are bright and colourful, reflecting different qualities and attributes that the children felt described themselves.

The aim of these cards is to use them as a resource when working in both group and 1:1 settings.  They can be used as an ice breaker within a group setting or for more intense work with individuals.  They can be used to remind ourselves that we all have strengths, even though we may sometimes forget this in times of stress and hardship.

Remembering and focusing on what we are good at and proud of can be a very powerful way of boosting self-esteem and confidence.
