1st December, 2018
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Safety Net are offering another mindfulness half day practice at our offices in Portslade, Brighton. The course will be run by our very experienced teacher Wendy Guest, and is for those who have already completed a Mindfulness course.
Through a selection of mindful meditations, prose and poems we will be taking the time to step out of the almost constant ‘doing’ mode of everyday business and rest in ‘being’ – coming home to ourselves.
The session will be mostly in silence with an opportunity to talk and connect with others at the beginning and towards the end of the afternoon.
“Open the window of your mind. Allow the fresh air, new lights and new truths to enter” – Amit Ray
Please note: to book on this course you MUST have completed a mindfulness course before.
