Date and Time

10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Another opportunity for anyone who has completed a mindfulness course before and who wishes to deepen or refresh their practice.
During this half day practice session we will stepping out of the almost constant ‘doing’ mode of everyday business and rest in ‘being.’
Through a selection of mindful meditations and movement, prose and poems, we will be making space to befriend and come home to ourselves. The time will be spent mostly in silence with an opportunity to talk and connect with others at the beginning and towards the end of the morning.
“We hurry through the so-called boring things in order to attend to that which we deem more important, interesting. Perhaps the final freedom will be a recognition that everything in every moment is “essential” and that nothing at all is “important”, Helen M Luke
Please note: to book on this course you MUST have completed a mindfulness course before.
